We are delighted to welcome Dr Amy Orr-Ewing as our speaker for Bible Week 2023. Dr Orr-Ewing is an international author, speaker and theologian who addresses the deep questions of our day with meaningful answers found in the Christian Faith. She will be helping us to explore familiar and less well-known parables of Jesus in the gospels, recapturing the heart of his Kingdom for our lives today. All ages are welcome at these evening sessions

8th September, 7.30pm at Lerwick Baptist Church
This year, our Friday night session will be a youth night for young people in S1+. Join us for a chance to unpack the bible with the international author, speaker and theologian Dr Amy Orr-Ewing as she brings God’s word to life for us.
9th September, 8.30am – Breakfast & Talk at Lerwick Baptist Church
In addition to the evening talks, there will be a further chance for all to enjoy fellowship and meet with Dr Orr-Ewing at a breakfast and talk at Lerwick Baptist Church on Saturday. The event will start at 8:30am. (There may be sign up sheets at the evening meetings leading up to it in order for us to predict how many sausages to cook!)
